All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, contact details, arrival date, number of guests and estimated arrival time.

The applicable rate is the rate confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment conditions, including deposits, prepayments and accepted payment methods, depend on the selected rate and booking channel.

Any applicable taxes or mandatory charges will be communicated according to the booking conditions and applicable regulations.

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the selected rate and booking conditions.

Late cancellation or no-show may result in charges according to the conditions communicated at the time of booking.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Guests may be required to present a valid identification document upon arrival in accordance with applicable local regulations.

Children are welcome according to the occupancy conditions of each room or suite.

Extra beds and baby cots are subject to availability and prior confirmation by the hotel.

The use of spa, hammam, wellness facilities and swimming pool is subject to hotel rules and operating hours.

Spa treatments and massages require advance reservation.

Restaurant and breakfast services are available according to seasonal conditions and hotel operations. Opening hours, menus and prices are communicated by the hotel.

Transfers, desert excursions and other activities are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Service conditions, meeting points and schedules must be confirmed before booking.

• Flexible Rate: Bookings made under the Flexible Rate can be canceled or amended free of charge up to 72 hours prior to departure. Any modification or cancellation requests received within 72 hours of departure will be non-refundable and subject to full charges.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Bookings made under the Non-Refundable Rate are final. They cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded at any time after the booking is confirmed.

All cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing to contact@nasserpalace.com.

Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized by the hotel.

Private events, parties or gatherings require prior written approval from the hotel.

Guests must respect the hotel property, staff and other guests.

Any damage, loss or exceptional cleaning caused by a guest may result in additional charges.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

The hotel shall not be responsible for loss or damage except where required by applicable law.

The hotel shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any complaint should be reported to the hotel as soon as possible during the stay to allow the team to provide assistance and resolve the matter.

Guest information is collected and processed for reservation management, service delivery, communication and legal compliance.

By making a reservation or using hotel services, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
